TRISTRAM KEEFE is the farm enterprise manager at the Urban Farming Institute in Mattapan. He manages production and sales for UFI’s six farm sites around Boston. Tristram grows vegetables whenever and wherever he can, cultivates mushrooms in New Hampshire and forages all around New England. He was born and raised in Dorchester, where he resides with his wife and two young kids.
