Healthy Meals and Fun Workouts for Retired Student Athletes

Imagine this: You are in the peak of your college athletic season and all of a sudden, BAM, it’s canceled. This is the reality for all college athletes across the country due to COVID-19.

Brooke Bernstein is currently studying Elementary Education at Teachers College at Columbia University and recently graduated from Tufts University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film & Media. Brooke was also team captain of the Tufts Swimming and Diving Team. With the current pandemic, Brooke has a new found passion for cooking and loves trying new recipes to keep all her meals fun and interesting. Out of the kitchen she enjoys running, watching movies, spending time with family & friends and trying new health and wellness trends. As a former college athlete, she hopes to inspire others also facing the transition from athletics into the real world.
