Eva Katz

EVA KATZ’s first cooking job was on a yacht and now she is a contributing editor at America’s Test Kitchen. In between, Eva has worked for restaurants and caterers, taught cooking and styled food. Her recipes have been featured in Cook’s Illustrated, Cook’s Country, Boston Globe and Fine Cooking.
