CHEF COLTON COBURN-WOOD is the executive chef at Cósmica in Boston’s South End. Inspired by his travels throughout Mexico and time spent living in Southern California, Coburn-Wood brings his affinity for Mexican cuisine combined with bold flavors to Massachusetts, offering a New England twist on Mexican street food. He is also the owner of pop-up Taqueria No Mames.
