Craic Sauce

Originating in 2017 from sparks of curiosity and passion, Craic Sauce holds a commitment to creating locally sourced hot sauces layered with fresh and fermented flavor. Craic Sauce founder Brian Ruhlmann discovered his passion for craft hot sauce while living in Ireland. Craic (pronounced krak) is an Irish word for good times and fun, an essential value to Brian and his crew based out of Lowell.

The complete collection of Craic Sauce can be used on any meal, and consists of 40 Shades of Green Chilli, The Golden Pumpkin, Mill City Red and Brian Boru's Curry.
