Our 77% bar highlights the unique, fruit-forward flavors of the Asochivite beans we source personally from the farmers of San Juan Chivite, Guatemala. For coffee lovers we infuse these same beans with single origin Guatemalan Las Palomas coffee brewed exclusively for us by George Howell Coffee.

Our maple bar highlights locally sourced maple sugar. Enjoy all these bars with non-alkalized Asochivite hot cocoa we press ourselves, and also an ornament (designs vary) hand-made by the indigenous Q’eqchi' Maya women of Alta Verapaz.
